This is apparently a multi-stage, objective-based battle that we’ll learn more about at Gamescom in August. In addition, there’s a Starfighter Assault set during the era of the original trilogy. Heroes and vehicles will also be available for full-scale Star Wars mayhem. Up to 40 players can choose between Clones and Drones with four classes from each faction to try out. The beta’s main attraction takes place on Naboo, and will most likely be the Theed map we saw at E3. Those who pre-order (or already have pre-ordered) get early access to the event starting on October 4.
